This interactive online session will focus on developing language and vocabulary in reception and KS1. We will:

• explore key messages regarding early language and vocabulary

• consider effective approaches to create a language rich environment

• reflect upon ways to develop and promote high-quality talk and interactions

• explore a range of practical strategies to promote and develop new vocabulary
