Are you new to subject leadership next academic year or are you an experienced subject leader looking for some CPD to support you in your role?

Either way, you are welcome to join Julie Sargent and Nathan Crook for a two-part workshop aimed at English and mathematics leaders.  Julie and Nathan have worked alongside subject leaders in a variety of schools and settings and would like to offer you a chance to develop a secure understanding of generic principles behind English and mathematics leadership.  

This is also an opportunity to network as core leaders within your schools and/or across schools.  Sessions will focus on:

• Action planning

• Monitoring and evaluation

• Effective CPD provision

• Developing and implementing policies

...as well as being guided by participants according to school priorities
